CAN in Automation (CiA)
K2L is member of CAN in Automation (CiA), the international users’ and manufacturers’ group for the CAN network (Controller Area Network). The nonprofit association was established in 1992. The aim is to provide an unbiased platform for future developments of the CAN protocol and to promote the image of the CAN bus technology.

Linux Foundation
K2L contributes in the Linux Foundation and brings in this knowledge in the product development. The Linux Foundation is supported by corporate members and individual supporters. Their contributions help build and sustain open source projects at The Linux Foundation that represent some of the most important shared software resources in the world.

MOST Cooperation
K2L is a member of the MOST cooperation and contributes to the refinement of the MOST Technology. The MOST Cooperation is based on a partnership of carmakers, setmakers, system architects and key component suppliers. Together they define and adopt a common multimedia network protocol and application object model.
